By accessing or using the services of Procare Accounting Solutions ("Procare"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Procare, having its registered office in Bangalore, India.
Procare provides accounting, taxation, and e-commerce development services to businesses in India. Specific services will be outlined in individual service agreements.
As a client, you agree to:
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as per Indian laws.
Procare will maintain the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws, including the Income Tax Act's confidentiality provisions.
Procare's liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the fees paid by you for those specific services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
